I'm assuming you mean the h300 series, in which case:

It has an fm radio

You can play movies on it if you update to the latest firmware

You can view photos on it

Sound quality is good, supposed to be better than the ipod

It appears as another hard drive in my computer and you just drag and drop the files over

yes (US, korean, EU, and japan)

yes (only the Hxxx models and upgrade to latest firmware)

yes (if you upgrade firmware, you can view any size image)

excellent (lots of options with the equalizer)

you have two choices. 1. you can drag and drop and arrange your folders to your liking. 2. you can use WMP10 to synchronise your music and pictures, you can also use some other programs too. (but when you upgrade firmware, you loose the ability to synchronise with WMP10, but drag and drop is much faster and better since the synchronization doesn't use USB2.0)

http://www.viceking.net/iriver.htm (there's also my review in there)

you can also view text files and voice record.

battery life is also better, and it uses a polymer so you can charge it at any level. color screen, and it is skinable, you can change the boot screen and the overall look.
