it was removed after only a handful of people managed to get a copy. it was removed not by him but the tracker admins.

its everywhere you just need to look hard enough (don't PM me about it)

the original copy was removed derivative copys were posted on other sites around the world aswell as the handful of people who got the original copy shared it (they are also in legal tangles with Apple)

there have been quite a few different builds leaked on to the Internet including a very recent build (I think its been out about 2 and half days now) its believed to be one of the builds leading right to the final print retail copy. However nothing is certain at this time.
