[help] iPod photo ?

yesterday i got the 30 gig ipod photo. i was just wondering is it suppose to come with the 2 caps that go into the port at the bottom of the ipod so dirt can't get in? because the box didn't include the caps and i think it should come with it because of the previous ipods i purchased came with some

I didn't know the iPods came with caps for the connector apart from the iPod shuffle.

the only cap it should come with is the ones that go on the usb cable.

It doesn't come with a cap... You can buy a cover that comes with a cap. I think iSkins have caps on then. Check around on http://www.ipodlounge.com and look at the cover reviews to see if they mention a cap.

:laugh: Thanks... I didn't realize that the animation was about 700K until Radish removed it (Sorry Rad!). I had to cut every other frame out and cut out a small part of it and resize it down to hell but it's back again.

If i'm not mistaken, iPods stopped shipping with the dock connector caps when the 4G lineup was introduced last June. You can try calling Apple, and see if that part is available for purchase

yeah your right i have a 3g ipod and it included the caps but then then my ipod photo doesnt have it so i just used my old ones
