hey, after working for quite a few weeks i am planning on treating myself with a little mini hi-fi, i am looking for a sub ?200 and must be reasonably loud, play cd-rs and be able to handle mp3 discs. I know i will get all the audiophilles in here attacking me saying there is too much bass and is not how music should be listened to,well no trolling please,(my dads hifi has nice set of old mission speakers what do the job nicely!) i just want to chill out to this and to listen to some drum and bass, and other dance music. but how does this system look to everyone

quick look at the system

it has 300 watt Rms in the 2 main speakers and 120watt rms in the sub, so will provide bass nice n punchy,

does anyone have any experience with it or got any close spec recomendations, also i like the make panasonic so that plus.

regards

ady

I hate recommending Sony stuff, since a lot of it is iffy, but their shelf systems are much better than the Panasonics, especially if you're looking for punch from the subs. Look for a Sony in that price range and let me know the model. I will be able to give you a general idea if it's good or not.

i also am big fan of sony, but they seem to be lacking in the mini hifi department, this is the only product i could find in the price range, and the spec sheet doesnt look all that impressive

sony
