If you are talking about MSN Messenger chat then it is up. I am connected using Gaim (plus simplite but that doesnt matter). MSN 7 doesnt work for me though.

well msn its unstable and a crappy service well yesterday was down anyways its working now so not a big issue.

MSN Messenger was acting strange so i unplugged my ADSL modem and plugged it back in and when i tried to go back on it won't let me on and same with e-Messenger.
