KingDrew
I know it's been asked before, but why does everyone insist on creating threads such as these. I'm sure if someone gets a message saying that the service is down then they should understand it's not the person, but that it's MSN. I just don't understand. .:YodaGP:.
I know it's been asked before, but why does everyone insist on creating threads such as these. I'm sure if someone gets a message saying that the service is down then they should understand it's not the person, but that it's MSN. I just don't understand. Because people aren't sure if it's Microsoft's error or there own. I know it's been asked before, but why do a high percentage of members on Neowin act like cynical ******s. Edit: I'm back up too ;) Maybe it was something to do with the release the hotfix patch soon. Alto
I live in the UK and my MSN has gone down for me just today (Monday 5 Sept). I get a "Service is temporarily unavailable" error when I try to sign in. I have checked the MSN Messenger service status and it reported no problems. Then I checked over at the Neowin forums to see if anyone else was having the same problem. Well obviously some others are, so I know I'm not alone. I just tried signing in using e-messenger and MSN Web Messenger. No luck. What I tried next raised some serious questions... I tried signing in using another e-mail address - and... IT WORKED! So I tried my main addy again thinking MSN's server was fixed, and sadly I got the same Service unavailable error as last time. So I tried the other addy again - it worked. But still having no luck with my primary Hotmail account. (BOTH accounts are @hotmail.com and are of simular age.) Has anyone else got this problem? I'm worried the Hotmail account I primarily use is permanently buggered. Anybody got any thoughts?
