mistical Posted March 31, 2005 Share Posted March 31, 2005 Tell her to clear her temp folder and cookies, which can be done by going to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options then "Delete Files" and "Deliete Cookies" or she could use a program like http://www.ccleaner.com (freeware) to do it for her and to clear other stuff. After she does either or, she should be able to login to hotmail with no problems. If not, tell her to turn off any popup blockers such as the built in new IE popup blocker that comes with SP2, and see if that works and if it does, just then tell her to change it to a lower setting then it was before and test to make sure she can still access it.
