How do I How to Block ads in MSN Messenger with Proxomitron?

Does Messenger share the same connection settings with IE?

If so, Proxomitron must be configured as proxy in Internet Options/Connections.

I could configure MSN messenger to pass thru Proxomitron but wasn't able to block any ads, they still show.

I just got Messenger running and it works with Proxomitron here.

Thank you but I think you didn't understand what I said. I said I was able to route MSN mess. thru Proxomitron but wasn't able to block the sultry ads which show at the bottom of client.
