Active icon taskbar

I want something like MobyDock but much more customizable, and better. YZDock is like MobyDock, but better. I do not have it though, nor am considering it. Anything that has the 'mac-like' icon thing is what I want, but perferable somewhat customizable.

Are there any apps like this? I'd like something that doesn't take up a lot of memory too, but that might not be an option. Thanks for the help in advance.

Nah I haven't had time to look for ObjectDock. I've heard some decent things about it though. I'll have to search around and find it. Anyone have a link? And some links to skins / mods for it?

I don't want to start a new thread for this, but has anyone heard of konfabulator? It's like rainlander and the others like that, but it has lots of additions that you can add to it. Ex: iTunes remote. Here's the website if you haven't heard of it.
