We have pretty much damning evidence on another board, this newbie signed up saying he keeping buying loads of Ipods thats why they are never in stock, but the company is real.

Any way a mod emailed the company and when they replied noted their IP address and it matched the newbie, so i'm sure you'll notice some of the new guys in this thread have suddenly disappeared and stopped trying to say it is real.

And the people on the other forum are also considering legal action against him for being a sick stain on the underwear of life, who is a sad little con artist who should be deported to a little island which says "U.S. Please bomb here. Paramveer Takher you sir are an a**hole. And i hope you end up sharing a cell with a 400lbs Gay sex addict.

hello every one.

Looks like our old friend Mr Takher didn't think only two websites for scamming people was enough. here is another website registered in his name http://www.hpm-enterprises.co.uk/ . diffierent layout, but low prices and same content as the other dropship sites, and this one also requires a ?60 membership fee.

Mr Takher I know you are reading this, so let me make one thing clear. You are going down, and you are going down bad.

Me and 2 of my mates and my business teacher are in the process of tracking Takher down. I will update you guys as we find new info about him.

We are planning to take legal actions against him, so if any one else would like to support us in this case please reply.

this site no longer works, 30 secs ago i clicked the link and then i clicked one of the items. just to see what was going on, i got a 404 error and then i F5'd the page and some webserver message telling me that no page was configured at this address.

Hi Everyone - my first post :)

I am Phil Matthews from Weymouth Web Design (small web design company in Dorset). I replied to Violettals e-mail yesterday and thanked him/her for alerting me to the electricaldropship.co.uk and itprofits.co.uk websites. I was unaware of these sites before and was quite angry when I saw they had copied (almost identically) the "Electric Style" design I made in good faith for Mr Takher back in mid 2004.

I have been e-mailed and called by a couple of people over the last few days telling me of scams from the electricaldropship.co.uk and itprofits.co.uk website.

These 2 website have absolutely nothing to do with me. At first I thought somebody had copied the websites without my knowledge but from what people have told me it looks like Mr Takher has commisioned another designer to create these dropship sites based on the Electric Style website I made.

Because of this (and from advice from my host company) I have now removed the Electric Style website from my server. I did this because:

1) I am a hardworking, honest web designer and do not want anyone to mistakenly think I have anything to do with the electricaldropship.co.uk and itprofits.co.uk websites (which I do not)

2) I was not asked for permission to copy the design I made for Electric Style and am quite angry it has been abused in this way.

3) Although I beleive Mr Takher was running the "Electric Style" in the correct way I do not think the 2 other sites (Electricaldropship.co.uk and itprofits.co.uk) were being run correctly from what people have told me.

I do not have any control over the 2 drop ship sites (as I said, I only found out about them yesterday!) but I have found out from the WhoIs information they were made by a design company called TLHouse: http://www.tlhouse.co.uk

Lastly, I would like to thank Lullalit for letting me know about these two drop ship sites.

Would it be possible for Violettals (or a mod) to remove my address from the following posts (as it is a family address and I'd rather it not be on forums). Posts: 217 and 218. Many thanks.

I will keep reading this forum as I am interested in finding out the truth behind these 2 sites.

To Phil - I've removed your address as you are clearly an innocent 3rd party here. I'd ask members to bare in mind that whilst exposing fraudsters and scammers is interesting and a useful practice, there is a high potential for pointing the finger incorrectly. I'll ask you all not to post any more address on this thread without prior moderator permission.

Oops, I'm so sorry Phil, didn't mean to include your address in the messages. I justed wanted to post the evidence from whois, and I was considering that maybe quite a few people in this forum no longer believe sources without an address (I wonder why :D ?). So I just wanted to show that I'm not making you up. Didn't think clearly at the time, sorry.

Now on the topic, this guy is going way too far. He's obviously a professional con-artist, stubbornly continuing with all your lies while reading this forum.

Ashl, from the sound of his name, my guess is that he might be originally from India or countries in that zone.

Shav, I'm certainly supporting you for the legal action. If you need a witness or another victim to testify then let me know, I'm in. I'd like at least to see Takher in jail. The ?60 back would be icing on the cake.

thanks for your support,. im definetly taking legal actions against Mr Takher. I showed his name, to some Indians, Africans, and people from other origins, they said either he is Indian or Indonesian. Well wherever he is from, he is currenly living in the UK, and he is not gonna getaway with what he has done. I don't mind looking whole England for him. My business teacher is helping me and my other mates to track this guy down. we are going to visit the Trading Standards Agency on Friday, they have an office in Hendon. We gonna record Mr Takher's name and address there and also contact the police about him.

Once he is convicted , he might stay in jail for over 5-6 years.

I lost ?60 but I don't mind spending another ?60 finding this guy. I will track him down and I will find him soon. You guys do your parts from home too.

Lets nail this guy. Put him down for good.

Shav i have a Kingston address for MR. Takher, i also have confirmation from another site that he does sign up a newbies and claim he is a happy customer. Surly a sign of a con-artist.

PS: anyone listen to mondays(mondays.pwop.com) if so i think this guy should be on Marks people dumber than me segment.

Don`t know if thats why he makes you wait 5 days, would this 7 day period start from when you pay your money or when your membership starts?

I e-mailed asking if he ever had stock of certain items and explain why he will not refund my money, the reply

would not be shown as top sellers. We did not take money under false

prentences at all, we have clearly provided you with what you paid for,

which is a business opportunity, it is up to you how you wish to make use

of it. We do have proof of the items being sold as well.

Our legal team has informed us that as the 7 day period has passed, your

membership fee is now non-refundable. This is clearly explained in

contractual terms and conditions that you gave your consent to prior to

singing up.

Shav or anyone who plans to go to the authorities, might be helpful if you make an enquiry about consumer's refund rights.

According to the UK Trading standards law, customers are given 7 days to ask for refund. If the seller is a company/person/office and you bought items or services face to face with the seller, only business days count as the 7 days. But if the purchase was made by distance-selling ie. online purchase, then weekends as well as business days count for the 7 days.

But the twist in our case is that after we made the payment, then we were told "All accounts take 5 BUSINESS days to be approved". In my case, I made the payment on Wednesday and my account was activated the following Wednesday. So obviously, counting the weekend, by the time my account was activated, my 7 days period was over!

What we should find out is that isn't the whole point of the law's customer's 7 days rights is to provide the customer a chance to test the purchased product/service fully? And if we are not satisfied then we can ask for refund in 7 days.

But how could I have tested the service when my account was pending for the whole 7 days????? This seems like Takher had abused our 7 days refund rights!

Anyhow, I'm going to write a report to the BBC watchdog programme as they also provide investigation for online purchases and scams as well. A number of online scammers and con-artist are in jail because of their investigation.

I may need to provide them with witnesses and correspondent evidences. So if anyone want to help with providing evidence or testify, please email me at [email protected] with your contact details so I can include you as a witness contact in my report.

Apprantly this was a previous scam site Mr Takher owned and lots of people have been scamed www.hpm-enterprises.co.uk doesn't work so didn't hyperlink before anyone moans. Also that adress in manchester does not exist from the maps i've looked at, came anyone else find it or confirm it exists?

Someone should report this to watchdog see if we can get them to follow it up

As I mentioned in my last post, I am constructing a detailed report to send to watch dog. I'd rather write a detailed letter and send it by post to them rather than submit a brief explanation through their site.

Now that rugbybongos already submitted a report, I'll send in another one to support his. But this time, it might be a good idea if all of the victims here construct this report together and send it as one report. It might be more effective than everyone submitting their own story. It will make it easier for them to investigate as well if they have all our evidences and stories put together in one pack.

As for how we're going to put this together, I'll send private messages with the detail to the people I know either have been a victim or have exchanged email with Takher at some point.
