2 miranda problems

Hi all :)

I changed my miranda skin tonight with the help of a tutorial i found somewhere here.

Anyway, now miranda has 2 problems:

1. Each time miranda loads, I have to go to options and select the "Use background image" under Contact List > List background.

2. Timestamps arent working and are showing in strange symbols:

and another thing : I can make transparency for the miranda contact list but how do i make the actual talking window transparent?

i don't use backgrounds, so i don't know.

do you have the correct font?

not all chat plugins have that feature. tabsrmm does have that feature, though.
