About 4 years ago i wrote a program that captured the contents of the netmeeting window, did it every 0.25 seconds, then i made encoded those images into a video file using an external app. Only thing is it captured the whole netmeeting window. Still, it was great for girls that strip... oh man i'm gonna get warned for saying that.

look on google for hypercam, i use it for the above and paid for it, very good in my opinion
