and there is no 'perfect'... :p

BMI Categories:

* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

* Overweight = 25-29.9

* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

it doesn't say, but under 18.5 is probably underweight

I'm 210 pounds, and I'm 6'4".

I've just lost a stone and a half since New year, so I'm doing ok. I'm quite broad, so I don't even look overweight.

I want to get down to 200 pounds, then I'll stop trying. My BMI will be ok then. It's 25.6 at the moment, so just over.

those are a bunch of BS because it doesnt take in account if you have alot of muscle from athletics or lifting, larger bones or drink alot of water ( i can loose about 5lbs in 2 days if i dont drink much water)

10 stone. I was 10 stone when I was 13, I was a lanky bugger at schoo:s:s

I know 10lbs isn't much, but it's hard to shift the last 10lbs when I've alreay lost 23lbs. I gotta up my training a bit I guess. I'm by no means a bloater, so I'm in no real hurry.

      I use it by choice but only for specific tasks that I have forgotten and it's quicker to ask then spend time wasted finding a decent answer on Google or coding a certain language. I prefer to use it. I do think that as it gets integrated into everything, when we eventually fully rely on it, I'm talking new gens not older gens like me, that we won't think for ourselves, I mean we will become lazy thinkers, lazy logical answer to problem which will go badly. But if we don't become fully dependant, we might be OK but I don't think personally we are going to be OK, not for the newer generations. Unless they advance in that space to the next level of intelligence where it can work out its own problems and create ideas for itself.
