Yeah that's what i meant, Normal then :blush:

I'm 210 pounds, and I'm 6'4".

I've just lost a stone and a half since New year, so I'm doing ok. I'm quite broad, so I don't even look overweight.

I want to get down to 200 pounds, then I'll stop trying. My BMI will be ok then. It's 25.6 at the moment, so just over.

those are a bunch of BS because it doesnt take in account if you have alot of muscle from athletics or lifting, larger bones or drink alot of water ( i can loose about 5lbs in 2 days if i dont drink much water)

I know 10lbs isn't much, but it's hard to shift the last 10lbs when I've alreay lost 23lbs. I gotta up my training a bit I guess. I'm by no means a bloater, so I'm in no real hurry.
