there is a right way and wrong way to deal with things like this, if its a rip off you should be albe to clearly demonstrate this with a simple screenshot showing comparative filesizes, unique watermarks that you build into your visual styles, etc.

And you really should deal with it in the PM system first before make a scene in the topic. (pot kinda calling the kettle black here for those of you who remember my recent Royale II incident ;) )
