Best Visual Styles Software?

I don't know if this topic is in the wright place. Sorry if it isn't.

I would like to know, which software you recommend me to use Visual Styles.

I've already used StyleXP, UTXTheme Patcher and another software from NeoWin, that installed vs and also patched the dll.

TuneUp Utilities 2004 and StyleXP can apply mssstyle just like Uxtheme patch, but they aren't free.

You can also have a look at WindowsBlind, it has more advanced skinning capability, but they don't natively support mssstyle.

I would just stick with Uxtheme patcher since it's simple and free solution.

it's really easy to install the patch. and you would save some memory :yes:

as for the topic, i use WindowBlinds. it's a little buggy, but only with it you can put the close/maximize/minimize buttons on the right side...

does it also allow the use of custom cursors as style xp does?

custom cursors? just set them yourself in the control panel (mouse > pointers).

and i always recommend the uxtheme hack. why use stylexp?
