So I wanted to make this boot screen, but it turns out that I don't know how to make boot screens. Does a skin like this already exist?

Okay first off this is the wrong place for this I think. This place is for skins, not boot screens. To make that bootscreen get a program like bootskin [horrible freeware], BootXP 2.50 Final [Wonderful shareware], or InnoLogo [Decent overpriced payware]. I suggest BootXP 2.50 Final. Its only nag is a little wait screen. Its the best. Load it up after installing it and take your image into Jasc PSP 9/8 or Photoshop and make it 16 Colors any way you want to make it look best. Custom palettes is what I mean. If you use bootskin use paint to make it 16 bit or get ready for a Blue Screen of death. Now load the image into Boot XP 2.50 Final and save as your bootscreen. You are now done.
