pretty darn cool, i wonder if i could pull something off like that with my nikon d70.

just turn down the volume. i wish they put in some music or something instead.

1320 frames apparently, at like 5 fps or something i herd. some ppl on dpreview.com mentioned that this would probably kill his shutter because they have a limited number of releases.... eep hehe. ah the price of creativity. still i want to try it....

Wow thats amazing. The Rebel XT would never be able to manage that. It lags far too much after a few continous pictures. The D70 would definately be able to pull it off, though I would never put my D70 through all those clicks.

well it also depends on the card write speed, image quailty and size too. i dont think the d70 could do 5fps. both the rebel xt and d70 are maxed at 3fps. check the specs

Well I read somewhere (they even had a sound file to show it) that the D70 can go a lot longer taking very fast continuous shots while the rebel XT was only able to go for a very short time before it started lagging behind, taking pictures every few seconds.

I tried finding the link but no such luck. I do know that memory cards have something to do with it but they used the same card on both cameras.

To the poster above... Based on experiences with both brands, I'd say it all comes down to what you really want. Each brand has their pros and cons. In my case I chose Nikon for a lot of reasons (such as lens, speed, size, quality, features) Mainly, when I went to the store to demo them out, the canon one crapped out and gave errors, while the Nikon worked perfectly. The people working there said that they have never had any complaints or returns for the D70, while the XT has had numerous complaints and returns, even within the first few weeks of being released.

I recommend Nikon, though you may like Canon instead.

Very cool... Too bad he had a huge dust bunny on his sensor.  Noticed it right away in scenes with blue sky.

    • I'm still rocking iOS 25.x on my primary phone cuz iOS 26 still has usability quirks (mostly aesthetic and thus its UX) which I don't wanna deal with -- and I've been piloting them with all of these updates on my backup phone, so I'm well aware of its "improvements" since iOS 26 was first released (compared to version 26.5.x).
