Just so you guys know, since we both got a bit of flack for putting it off for so long, shockz and I were the ones who pushed it's creation. We've been saying no, for a long time, but finally felt it was needed.

Is Opera not gecko based? If so then it doesn't need it's own subforum

No it has it's own engine I think it's called presto or something like that.

yes, Presto has been around since the early betas of Opera 7.0. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presto_(layout_engine) . Thanks for opening up this subforum, yet another place I can go hang out and talk about my favorite browser.
