100% CPU Usage Every 10 Seconds! help

hi guys

its been 2 days that my computer has gone slow! i checked for viruses and Spyware but there was none. in taskbar in "performance" tab every 6-10 seconds my CPU is being 100% in use ! i notice my computer is lagging when i open/close Folderes, Browse inTernet ...etc

i dont know how much memory each program is suppose to but i put down some firgures that referrs to the amount of memory tohse programs are using:

explorer.exe 49.056

spysweeper.exe 34.128

svghoost 25.123

vsmon.exe 18.920

nod32krn.exe 16.388

wwdisp.exe 14.604

are these numbers high or normal? does anyone know wat could be the reason? plz help. thanx

P.S. i use NOD32 as antivirus,Zone alram firewall (latest), Spysweeper(latest) , SPyware Doctor (latest) and S&D and Trojan Hunter (latest) . do these conflict? i searched but i didnt find anything that mentioned there is a conflict between them.

Sort the CPU column and see what program uses the CPU every ten seconds.

Cut down on the anti-spyware programs, you really don't need that many running. I use S&D and run it once or twice a month and never find anything except for cookies.

that would be really handy to know how much each program is using in REAL time.

Click on the CPU column in Task Manager twice and keep an eye on the process that is first.

is the System idle process? wat can i do about it?

That's suppoused to be 95-100% when your computer is doing nothing.

guys i think its Memory problem! i did Memory test using that Microsoft memory diagnostic tool, it found a few errors , i have 4 sticks each 256 DDR 400, i pulled them out and tested them one by one and i had no errors, but when i only run with 2 memory sticks, 512MB of ram, my computer didn't boot, so i put them all back in their place and after a few "blue screens" i managed to get back. what do u thin i should do?

well just a suggestion but if you tested all of them.. and they didnt have errors.. i would assume its another issue maybe a mobo.. problem

what's "mobo"? i forgot to mention if i put one of the memory sticks, in the last row , the 4th one, my comp wouldnt start, like the CPU is on, but monitor is off as if nothing is happening, but all other rows are fine! my motherboard is Gigabyte K7 Tritron AGP 8X Dual Channel DDR.

i have updated my BIOS to latest too! so what do u think i should do?

Unplug ALL usb devices, bet itll fix it ;)
