How to move personal bar in Opera?

I am using the 'Toggle the Menu & Personal bar on/off AND dropdown the main menu (with 'Notes' image)' button to give more room to actual webpages.

There personal bar placed under main bar. But address field, "GO" button and Search filed simply moved to the end of main bar. Address Bar is hidden.

Sorry i am gived you incorrect answer.

CORRECT ANSWER:

1. If you want to place Personal Bar on most top, you must hide Menu Bar.

If you need menu bar functions you can use special button "Toggle the Menu". I recommend button from this page

Use Individual menus as buttons:

File | Edit | View | Navigation | Bookmarks | Chat |Tools | Window | Help
