Here's an update of my Tiger port. Based on the final version of Tiger.

Version 2 of my Tiger port. Package contains Tiger Blue and Graphite all with Normal and Compact StartMenus and Apple and WinFlag Startbutton, three different font sizes (Lucida Grande 8, Tahoma 8 and Arial - 8)

I haven't started the WindowBlinds version yet.

Note sure if it's a graphical bug or not but my compact start menu looks a bit off, as indicated by the red marking. FYI, I didn't change the icon size.
