cb radio + pa

I got a cobra 20 xtr the other day its great, but the Pa on it isnt loud at all, I have a 50 watt powerhorn hooked into it, do i need to get an amp or something or mod the cb

oddly enough I've never heard of using a powerhorn for a cb before...

anyways, I guess it would depend on if the powerhorn is self-amplified or not. If not, then yes you will need an amplifier.

It's weird that the included microphone doesn't go very loud, cobra usually included very loud ones.

I didn't even know thye made a neon one before, and so cheap too...pretty nice, hopefully you can get it working how you want it to.
