I am going to be getting a 15" PowerBook soon (otherwise I would use the trial). I was wondering if you have found .Mac to be worth the $70 (they have it on sale now to 23rd, otherwise I would use trial). It seems to offer a lot of interesting thing What do u guys think of it?

trial doesn't give you much to be honest.

I've registered to .mac because i think what it offers is worth it.

I use .mac mainly for its email. for its imap mail

I think .mac is the most reliable and best email server around.

I like .Mac it keeps my PowerBook and mini in sync to me that alone makes it worth it. I also use the ability to view my bookmarks on any computer daily, its nice to use my bookmarks when I'm at work. The ability to put up simple web pages with photos and movies has been great as well.

The free software and perks they give you are also a nice bonus.

Thank you. I think I will get it. Mainly for the nice syncing, and able to publish things like iPhoto albums online easily

I haven't been a member for long but I got 300 free garageband loops, iBlog for free, a free versiontacker subscription and 30 days of t-mobile hotspot access.

I'm really looking forward to the exclusive Dashboard widgets.
