Its a nice attempt, and the background is awesome, but the skin color looks off.

Also, contrast the shadows more. It looks like he is missing a nose.

Yeah, his face looks like it is mainly one color and is a great big blob :p Try to put a lot more colors/shadows in to give it details it looks pretty good though (Y)
