Auto Log Out

On my IPB forum (version 1.3). Whenever a user clicks through to another page they are required to login again. Any ideas why this is??

Well cookies are enabled on my system and it does the same on the college pc's. I heard that it may be a problem with the version, but I cannot update because I use the trial version. My site is very small and does not gain any revenue, therefore we cannot afford the license.

Its the cookies settings on your forum, not your computer.

As I said in another topic, check to see if your cookie settings are the following:

Cookie Domain // .domain.tld

Cookie Name Prefix // forums

Cookie Path // (blank)

or

Cookie Domain // .domain.tld

Cookie Name Prefix // (blank)

Cookie Path // /directory/

Ok cool that worked but now I have another problem. Whenever more than 1 person logs in on the same ip, for example at my college. It logs another person out and will only let one person in on a single ip address. Any more ideas? =/
