how do i change this icon?

can someone please tell me "specifically" how do i change the icon in the screenshot? i've tried searching for the answer on the board but cannot find it.

i'm desperate!!!

change the desktop folder icon in the %userprofile% folder

ok I changed the desktop folder icon, but it is still the same. I can't get it to change. On some save dialog boxes, it will show the changed one, but when I do save target as, the icon still shows the default one. Is there another location I have to go to in order to change it?

change in shell32.dll and explorer.exe i believe

Shell32.dll, at least that's where I changed it when I was on XP...
