WOAH

I've just tried a new pot noodle called "Bombay Bad Boy" and it is mega hot. I love hot curries and this was definitely up there with them.

It's a black pot and it's got "hot sauce" in it, and you know you've gotta try the sauce before you make the pot noodle ;) . Anyway, I tried a bit and it almost burnt my tongue clean off :hurt: .

I thought it would be ok when it was diluted with all the other crap in a pot noodle but boy was I mistaken, I had all the classic hot curry symptoms; runny nose, sweat burning mouth etc etc.

My nose is still running now :o , This is gona hurt coming out :D

So, has anyone else given these a try?

It's dried noodles, you add hot wateer and it's available in a few different flavours such as:

Chicken and Mushroom

Sweet and sour

Beef and tomato

spicy curry (not spicy at all ;) )

and now Bombay Bad Boy :o :o

Check it out here:

The official Pot noodle web site is a bit of a **** take.

I've only tried ramen noodles, but it seems to be almost the same thing, except ramen style noodles come in a bag instead of a cup.. Anyway, one of the brands here in Sweden has satay flavored noodles, which are really hot and really goooood :) It has a hint of peanut flavor and is very spicy.

Found out about these about 6 weeks ago - been going through at a rate of about 3 a week now. They are hot for fast food, but try a Paal (is it spelt like this? Any way - hotter than a Tindaloo which is hotter than a Vindaloo) curry and then this Pot noodle fades into insignificance!

It's Phaal, I've had those before. Like I said, I like hot curries, I was just surprised at how hot a pot noodle can be.

I would say the sauce on it's own is on par with a vindaloo and the pot noodle as a whole is not quite as bad, but up near there!
