Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action could not be completed,

For assistance contact the person who manages your Network.

Try disabling (Routing and Remote Access) Requires Restart! Most Users don't need this service running. Mostly for Business Networks.

This is a service under Components Services.

Navigate to: Start/Settings/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services

If the service is running "Right Click: and Stop the service, Then "Right click and choose "Properties" then in "General" tab change Startup Type to "Manual" and Reboot>

All should be well!
