ClearLooks for Windows XP

I know this theme was already ported, but when it came out I already started my own port. Therefore here is my attempt to port ClearLooks to Windows.

One person likes it small and the other likes it like it is.

Same goes for startmenu and fonts....

I make it the way I like and if you want it a bit different you're free to mod it.

BTW The folder is called ClearLooks but the msstyle is ClearLook so it doesn't appear in the Visual Styles list on the Display Properties Panel :p
