Add Lock To Start Menu...

Is there a way I can add the lock computer button in the start menu to the left of the log off or right under the run command?

If you have Windows XP, you can use the command rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation and pin it to the start menu by creating the shortcut on your desktop, then dragging it to the start menu. I don't know how to make it to the left of the log off or under the run command...
