I upgrade my OS to XP x64 and My nice new Logitech Orbit wont work with it and I have been searching my butt off for x64 drivers for it. youd think a big company like Logitech would have even beta drivers by now. I had no problem with my nForce3 MoBo or my All In Wonder 128 Xt, Or even SATA drivers for that matter but My webcam wont work for anything besides the built in mic.

You'll have to wait for them to release BETA x64 drivers. Not all major hardware companies did so. But they are doing so, not at a fast pace. Patience is all it takes.

But its not like were talking about Veo.... Its Logitech for christ sake. they got x64 info from micro$oft for months now.

Well. We know they're to lazy to make any BETA x64 drivers. The reason I did not yet buy an x64 processor and upgrade to Windows XP x64 is quite apparent. Not all companies made the transition to x64 yet. Except for the major hardware companies like Intel, nVidia, ATI (?), and more. Buy an optical MS mouse at the moment if you can't wait and if you don't have another mouse to use.

Its a Webcam. a Logitech Oribit 100$ friken webcam that Im using as a paperwight right now because some ones friken to lazy to come out with a beta driver.

Sorry, I thought you meant a mouse. I thought I read "mice" instead of "nice". Logitech webcams rarely work for me and I'm using 32bit Windows XP. I wouldn't rely on Logitech for good drivers, except for their keyboard drivers.

why didn't you make sure before upgrading that there would be compatable drivers for all your periphials?

Who thinks about webcams? I looked at the mobo, the soundcard the video card. a webcam. Come on be seriouse. How often do I use it anyway. I will just wait.
