Can't say I'm too sure. What I do know, is that even if he isn't guilty something isn't right with him. If you listen to any of his testimony you'll know what I mean. "I just watched him sleep ... it was really sweet." <- YUCK!

I think it's entirely possible that he's guilty, but there's a massive element of doubt in the case, so I don't see how any juror could say he was guilty. I assume it's the case in the US that if there's an element of doubt, you can't usually be found guilty, as it is in the UK?

Spielo, yep that's correct (I think). For criminal cases, if a juror has a reasonable amount of doubt they should choose innocent, whereas for civil cases it's the opposite, if there's probable cause the plaintiff should get it.
