a) no one here has seen the whole trial, nor whole testimonies, so how could anyone make a decision based on anything but what the media tells you happened, after they paraphrase, and so on?

b) Innocent until proven guilty

c) I think if he did do it (not saying he did, but if) then he should be committed, not arrested. The guys been through a rough life, and obviously needs help.

d) why is everyone so anxious to see him fall? Especially if he is innocent.

I vote innocent, only because that is the american way, and i believe everyone should get a chance!

He's a fag for little boys, come on people open your eyes, geez - It must say something that he has no female companion, and by that I mean adult. The only time he had one was an arrangement with the presley girl to have his child, then out the door she went. Wake up and smell the roses for cryin out loud.

Well yeah you can read the transcrips of the testimonies plus. the "key" witnesses (sp?) where showed on E! and on CNN they did a whole 2 hour show on the case plus! legal expertice I think that should be enough to have an idea weather his innocent or guilty

I don't think he's guilty of all of the charges against him, but I think he should be found guilty for some of them.

586025938[/snapback]

Well some of the charges are just crazy, and the alcohol one is for the purpose of molesting a child I think wich if he's not found guilty on the MAIN charge I don't think he should on that one wich is the one that every1 says he's guilty for sure...

Michael Jackson is still a child himself, so I find him to be innocent, and if he has crossed the line he does not have the mind of an adult to be charged as guilty, he could feasably get plead insanity.

This is a guy who hasn't made a decision of his own - EVER. He has always had people looking after his money, his PR, his organisation, the guy hasn't lifted a finger of responsibility since he was - EVER. He has never made any real decisions in life, they have all been made for him, always.

Michael Jackson seriously does not know what the real world actually is to be judged in it. He is massively still a child - and a very spoilt one. He creates his own fantasies which are all still childish, I mean NEVERLAND, for christ sakes, if he had actually mentally grown up he could have set up the gay version of the Hefer mansion if he swung that way.

If he had any inkling to the outside world out of hollywoood he would go about playing with little boys in a more socially conducted manner. He's a 9 year old trapped in a (how old is he?) body.

People have always leached off Michael Jackson too. Remember that everyone he has come into contact with has seen him as their own tool to make money - even when he was still a child himself, so they have mollycoddled him all his life and he never grew up.

Umm, I'll plead ignorance here...what do you mean by that?

Simple, society perverts (to pervert means to corrupt) beautiful things and we do nothing and now when one of those beautiful things happens to be children we suddenly care? Technically we can't do something about this unless we do something about all of the other evils society creates through pervertion (e.g. "I will love you if..." or "all good teenage girls should have sex"). I could present a ton of examples but the fact of the matter is that by allowing society to pervert beautiful things, we state that doing this is ok. If we want to say one form of perversion is wrong, we have to say that all forms of perversion are wrong (this includes the ideas spread by outlets such as MTV).

By the way, isn't it ironic that people couldn't care less about people before and during their birth but if something happens to them afterwards people are up in arms? Technically all of these children would be (or should be in Planned Parenthood's book) dead if the liberals had their way x years ago so the fact that people care what happens to them is surprising. It would be nice if they cared about them before they were born too.

That's ludicrous. You're referring to abortion and one of the basic arguments is that a fetus early on is not a human being, so the abort is preventing that fetus into becoming a being. I mean, how far do you want to take it? Sperm is a living product that we have within our bodies that can eventually create life, so should ejaculate be given the same life status as pro-life supporters give to the fetus?

You want to call something ironic in this debate, then surely you can see the irony in staunch conservatives pushing for no abortions and to let the fetus go full term until birth, and then fight any government support for social assistance to help raise that baby if the mother cannot afford to provide the nessesities. If you want to be able to legally force a young mother that erred in judgement one night into giving birth, then offer a helping hand to them so that the child doesn't grow up in poverty.

He is guilty of being weird, I am confident in that. As for the child molesting... I've never known of a grown man to sleep with young children and have it be innocent (the exception would be a parent with a child scared of a storm or dream)...

Why not? Sleeping with somebody is different than rooting them... (If your a virgin I can understand why you don't yet know the difference ;))

If you can't see what's messed up about that, then you should be locked up with him ;) And haha, accusing me of being a virgin with that sig

If you have followed the case, how can you not see that this whole family is only about money and that the whole story is cooked up to extrort money. There is not a shred of evidence to support the DA's claims and it is apparent that the strategy is simply to throw enough **** and hope that some of it sticks. Michael Jackson is definately innocent and is the victim here. One could say that he may have brought this upon himself due to his eccentric behaviour, but the fact remains that being wierd or crazy is nto a crime.

    • Windows 11 is getting redesigned taskbar settings in new build by Taras Buria Microsoft is rolling out new Windows 11 preview builds in the Insider program, offering users new features and changes to try ahead of public release. In the Experimental channel (formerly Dev), Microsoft is shipping build 26300.8758, while in the Beta channel, users can download build 26220.8754. The changelogs do not contain much, but there is an important update to taskbar settings. Here is what is new in build 26220.8754: [Taskbar] Taskbar customization just got easier. As we continue to make improvements to the Taskbar experience mentioned last month, we've introduced a dedicated Taskbar Size setting, making it simpler to find, understand, and personalize your ideal taskbar experience. We've also made refinements to the transitions between taskbar sizes for a smoother overall experience. [File Explorer] We've improved the reliability of thumbnail previews for cloud files in the Details pane. The pane has also been reorganized so file properties are easier to find and review at a glance. Fixed an issue where the OneDrive shortcut in File Explorer stops working when File Explorer is run in administrative mode. Fixed an issue where the confirmation dialog might display an internal Recycle Bin file name instead of the original file name when permanently deleting a file. [Sounds] Improved system sounds when using Windows in dark mode. And here is what is new in build 26220.8754: [Smart card removal policy] Administrators can now configure Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 sessions that use Microsoft Entra ID (RDS AAD Auth) authentication to automatically disconnect when a redirected smart card is removed. This extends smart card removal policy enforcement to Microsoft Entra authenticated remote sessions, helping organizations meet security and compliance requirements. [File Explorer] Fixed an issue where the OneDrive shortcut in File Explorer stops working when File Explorer is run in administrator mode. [Taskbar] Improved reliability of loading the system tray area of the taskbar. [Sounds] Improved system sounds when using Windows in dark mode. You can find release notes for build 26300.8758 here and for build 26220.8754 here.
