Need help patching the UXTheme.dll manually

I've tried using the UXTheme Multi-Patcher, and using a theme, but its not working.

so I should probably patch the file manually, but Im not really sure how.

The patched file I think I need was at this url, but its dead:

So where can I find what I need to patch it manually? And any other help on this matter would be great. Thanks.
