Creating a page with categories

well, i'm making a site with this html editor: http://www.iprosite.com/index.php

So in short, i want a button that adds a page on the server and puts the page in the menu

menu item 1

item2

item3 --> (newly appeared in the menu after clicking that button, then launch the webeditor to typ the context)

yup, but i want to create it myself with the webeditor i got..

only gotta need to get something working that creates a page in php and places it in the menu and then launch the editor.
