MKportal

Really neat, depends 100% on forum software like SMF, phpbb2, vB, IPB. So very tight integration of course. Being developed fast. Small crew, good support. Very easy and user friendly. Has build-in gallery, up/download, blog for every user, chat, news, articles, internal pages, rss, some more usual CMS functions but lacks the massive add-on base some of the others have. Many nice hacks on forum though :) More flexible than it appears.

i'm a .net developer. I've been doing a lot in DotNetNuke: www.DotNetNuke. I'm sure its not the best out there, but it's not bad by any means. I just wanted to take advantage of my current .net skill set. There's another called Rainbow Portal, and its written in C#, but there isn's as large of a following. DotNetNuke was written in VB.NET.
