What does this error message mean?

Question

For some reason, today's been a bad day for me ... I have another problem. I get this error message thing (see attached picture) and I don't know what to do.

Why isn't it "responding"? Shouldn't be a problem ... i have 1GB of RAM!!

What do I do?

PS: When I click Switch To or Retry ... nothing happens ... the exact same message keeps bothering me again :pinch:

Why would WMP illicit a Server Busy dialog box when you play local media..... and the dialog box itself looks dodgy.  Check any plugins, scan for the usual spyware/adware etc, and try uninstalling WMP10 (if you have the option) and reinstalling it.

Please don't post about things you know NOTHING about. It has nothing to do with internet client/server stuff.

    *  You are trying to play protected content (for example, music that you downloaded from a music service such as Napster or Music Now) and your Internet connection settings are preventing the Player from downloading updated security components.

To resolve the problem, in Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options, click the Connections tab, click the LAN Settings button, and then clear the Automatically detect settings check box. Also verify that your proxy server settings are correct.

    * The server is not online or is busy. Try again later.
