I like it! The top logo could stand to be a bit less tallm but other than that, great!

very nice. i recommend you take out the ?? before the weather image and change the footer color. other than that, it's a-grade work (edit: i'm also pretty sure you have to put a link to wordpressevery page, not just your about section.

Thanks guys. I wanted to keep the header big. I think that's the only way I could've shown the vector properly.

Well, it's for WordPress, but this is where I got it from. You can try and contact the person to see if it's available on any other CMS.
