B0se, Induztry doesnt have a slim taskbar. Its that on porpuse or I just noticed a bug?

It's the same sized taskbar from RC2, it just looks bigger due to the thinner start button. if you want a thinner taskbar, lower the top and bottom ContentMargins on:

Values, Taskband, Toolbar, Button (I know you know that Sanc., it's for other peoples benefit).

Spooky: No, not all bugs are fixed. I thought I'd release Induztry while I got rid of them all.

Great job b0se. I love Induztry. If you don't mind, I'd like to make a few requests for the next version.

1) the Windows flag on the Start button looks distorted, like the four parts of the flag aren't fully colored or filled in.

2) the Min/Max/Close buttons and the up/down arrows on the scroll bar may look better if they're enlarged by a pixel

3) the hover color when you move your mouse over the buttons can maybe changed from something else besides grey.

4) a colored shellstyle.

XPMC Induztry would be my permanent VS if these changes are added. Other than those requests.. this is a great VS. Thanks b0se!

Wow. This got me off Luna Element 2 (used 2 instead of 3 because I love the solid progress bar instead of the block-style.) and it is a really great-looking match for my silver / gray / black colored laptop.

What a phenomenal theme. Thanks a lot for your time and effort b0se.

What a fantastic VS!

I just have one small gripe with the new Induztry style.

When the window is fullscreened the two white lines on the borders show up. While this fit in well with the original XPMC theme, I think that it looks out of place on Induztry because the white border isn't there on normal windows.

Apart from this one small issue, I love this theme!! :D

Yup, there is life after Luna Element. ;)

Exactly the same situation here Ross. Excellent Excellent vs. Guess it goes with the Man. People have tried to imitate you, but no one has ever duplicated you. Thanks for sharing! :)

I hope this doesn't upset anyone...

but I've taken the liberty of uploading Ross's latest update RC3

to mytempdir.com which will enable those having problems at Deviantart

to get this great theme.

if anyone objects just let me know and I will remove.

Mike.

Well actually it doesn't port it correctly! The toolbar circle is not ported! It just uses a standard down arrow! But then when you port a skin there is normally some work, with tweaks and bug fixes! (speaking from experience!)

    • Wow, this is some Iran, Cuba, China, Russia, North Korea-level citizen surveillance right there, the UK's government has gone totally mad. Power trip indeed, their politicians are totally out of control about this issue. They're starting to cross limits I wouldn't have imagined, to be honest. British people, fight this, your privacy and freedoms are in danger. Vote this government out of power.
    • Nintendo unveils The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake, and it's out this year by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Confirming many rumors, Nintendo officially announced a remake of the classic The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the very first game in the series that offered a 3D experience to fans. Unlike previous remasters and re-releases, the originally 1998-released fantasy adventure game is being remade from the ground up for the Nintendo Switch 2 console this time. "The Nintendo 64 classic returns for a new generation in 2026, reborn exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2," said the company about today's announcement. While Nintendo didn't go into much detail about the project, other than confirming its existence, we did get a small teaser trailer at the Direct presentation today. Catch the footage below: With a tapestry as the backdrop, the first half of the trailer tells the tale of Hyrule, the Kokiri forest dwellers, and their fairy companions. It goes onto introduce "one particular boy" without a fairy, which then cuts to a sleeping Link, showcasing what looks like the new art style being introduced in the remake. Unfortunately, no gameplay or a look at the world has been revealed yet. The game originally released for the Nintendo 64 back in 1998, offering a time travel adventure where Link is once again going up against the evil king Ganondorf. The hugely well-received title has only been playable on modern Nintendo consoles using the Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake for the Nintendo Switch 2 doesn't have a firm release date yet, but Nintendo says it will be released sometime in 2026. Considering just how many publishers are avoiding the Grand Theft Auto VI release nowadays, the company may copy that strategy and also opt to bring this out before November this year.
