Which build of Vista is your color scheme from? Is it 5219 or 5231 and if 5231 is it from the Oct. CTP or the leaked 5231? Also do you have "Glass" enabled or are you running "To Go"?

it's from 5231 (I don't know difference between leaked and CTP. The theme selected in Display properties is called Aero - Glass, but glass effects are disabled because it's running under VMWare...

I use this color scheme with KoL's WB skin and it loooks better, especially menus in Outlook etc...

To find out which 5231 build you have all you have to do is go to run and type in winver. If the build date is 19 Sept. 05 it is the leaked version. If the build date is 4 Oct. 05 it is the Oct. CTP.

I don't know what I was thinking because the build info is on the Desktop. You don't have to open winver to find it. The Oct. CTP build is 5231.winmain_idx03.051004-2120.

This theme has the potential to be good, but for some reason I am a little ho-hum about it. :huh:

@KOL, i knew u have posted an image of the white start button as requested by oders but its in PNG fromat & i cant reshack it because wen i converted it to BMP, the transparent part became white... so i hope u post anoder which is in BMP format to properly fit the black theme.. thnx in advance!

the only problem i've encountered is that the button to minimize eMule to the tray isn't there unless i hover over it. other than that, it's great. i'd love for hovering over menus was green instead of lb but i guess that wouldn't be vista :p

Lovely style and this is the first time I've stuck to one I've tried. Two things but

The search bards in the msn toolbar and in outlook are more or less impossible to see with the white and grey blend. There needs to be some sort out outline their, duno if that can be done or not

WMP has that restore button (4th one that doesnt skin). its been mentioned before, as has the previous problem i bet
