This image is a concept of Vista Beta 2 by Microsoft.

It's style a concept, you will probably see this start button in the vista beta 2. It's for that the start button show at PDC was removed from the screenshoots by the microsft request.

I know about the PDC image, I save it before microsoft took it down but that concept is not made by microsoft or by an user??? I havent seen that screenshot anywhere.

No where lol. It's just a concept, meaning there is no original file, since one was never released.

Could you change the Shut Down Computer to have the Vista logo like the Log Off Window on Black normal version? (I don't know if there is the same problem because I use only Black Normal Version)

I have version 2.1 that is on WinCustomize.

That is a dock. You should use Objectdock... but everyone uses Yzdock which is not allowed to be used.
