removing selections in right click menu

Hi i installed a DP proggie for msn after i formatted cuz i thought it would restore by old DP and emoticons...but it didnt work so i uninstalled it and this was left on the right click menu....is there a way to remove it?

Costs :( i wanna get rid of the Scan with Zone Alarm cause there already is a Scan with NOD32, plus the ZA anti virus is disabled so i cant even click on it!
