How to remove all codecs

Just like the title says, how do you remove all codecs? And what do I do/install after removing all the codecs? Very appreciated! :pinch:

Try this:

Control Panel-->Sounds, Speeches, and Audio Devices-->Sounds and Audio Devices-->Hardware Tab-->Scroll Down double click on Video Codecs-->Go to Properties-->and Remove the ones you want to remove.

if you have any "codec packs" installed you can remove them via control panel -> software -> add/remove aswell.

I wouldn't recommend removing every codec you find as it does seem to lead to way too many problems.
