1. If you want to hit 2.7, you can just get a 3000+ Venice, it can hit that at no prob. Or you can get a 3700+ Sandiego.

2. Guess you are into some major overclocking there... guess I cant troll about the A8N-SLI Premium :p

3. Having 4 sticks of 512mb is really hard on the memory controller... better off with 2x1GB low latency memory (Such as those OCZ with 2-3-2-5 latency)

4. If you want quietness opt for the XP-120 with some low RPM SilenX or Panaflo fan...

5. That PSU wont be quite enough... I recommend a OCZ Powerstream 520.

I totally agree with Chocoline's post  Specially about the RAM: even though the mem controller on San Diego's/Venices is improved to deal with 4xsticks of RAM, you still get better results by going with 2xsticks.

As for the PSU, do yourself a favor and get either an Antec Neopower, Enermax Noisetaker, or OCZ Powerstream :D

Get a bigger powersupply, that 400W Antec first probably isn't 24pin native, 2nd that 7800 is going to own it. Also you can't run 3 sticks of ram in dual channel..so either stick to a gig, or buy 2 1gig sticks. O/c memory a lot harder with 4 sticks than 2 sticks.
