In the taskbar the notification area, when the area is closed the menu would be on level with the rest of the taskbar but when the menu is opened it would be pressed down. First, go back to the start button from version 3 or some form of it, that simple gradient is kind of ugly. I think the systray looks a little big, maybe that's just me. Otherwise, love the new caption buttons, and the shutdown/log off buttons look good as well. Looking forward to this release. One suggestion is to expand the close-maximize-minimize buttons to the full height of the title bar. i hate it when you have to be a sharpshooter to close a window. Two things I don't like however are the start button, and the way the sliders look - they're a bit too shiny or glossy for my liking. By the way, I don't know if this has been asked before since I didn't read the entire LE3 thread, but have you ever considered making other colors? The current colour really is the only thing keeping me from using this style over extended periods of time.
