You should use something like objectdock and have it set to autohide

About LE 4, I love the way its looking from the previews and am currently using LE 3, the start buttons seems too bright I always think tho.

Just do the usual, em, and stuff all the requests for x, y, and z. You can be assured of at least one download, as per usual. Still haven't shifted from the last style!
