Its the aero winamp theme. I got it from here.

It looks great with the Aero DesktopX widgets and it looks nice so far in Longhorn 5203 (as you've seen) and RoyalXP Inspirat which is my new theme I'll show you tomorrow ;)

Icons: Normal Windows XP Icons (I thought they matched the theme more from my perspective.

DesktopX Modifications: Aero Calendar, Aero Weather
