Hurmoth
Very nice... can't wait for the final  Love the new colors (wasn't to much into the green from 9.3 - this blue is beautiful). Prosidius
SuSE is beautiful. Novell certainly hire good designers. I would use it but it's so slow. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/357069-opensuse-screenshots/#findComment-586359405 Share on other sites
Miuku.
I would use it but it's so slow. 586359405 What are you running on, a 1GHz Celeron? At least on my P4 3.8GHz and Dual Opteron it flies. CaKeY
This is actually the most "peppy" Suse I've used. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/357069-opensuse-screenshots/#findComment-586359778 Share on other sites
Prosidius
1.7 GHZ Athlon XP Booting up takes forever and updating the config files take forever. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/357069-opensuse-screenshots/#findComment-586359799 Share on other sites
Miuku.
Booting up takes forever and updating the config files take forever. 586359799 Well doh. How about the actual use, I don't really even notice the SuSEconfig as it only takes a few seconds. (15k SCSI drives in a RAID5 might help a bit  ) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/357069-opensuse-screenshots/#findComment-586359884 Share on other sites

randomnut
BTW this is not actually 'opensuse', it is suse linux professional 10.0 (beta 1 lol), the first actual opensuse products are due to surface in 2006, according to the roadmap on the site. Suse is my fave distro tho, been using 9.2 since it came out, looking forward to upgrading to 10.0 :D Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/357069-opensuse-screenshots/#findComment-586360810 Share on other sites

Dazzla Veteran Posted August 11, 2005 Veteran Share Posted August 11, 2005 I've had no luck with any linux distro on my laptop, the few I've tried don't like the combination of hardware I have. I'll have to give this a try. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/357069-opensuse-screenshots/#findComment-586361671 Share on other sites
