WINAMP on LINUX ?

Also try Amarok or Zinf too.

I really would like to see the Winamp devs come out w/ a Linux version, but I highly doubt it would ever happen. I really find most of the media players really lacking in certain areas.

My media players of choice are Winamp for music and Media Player Classic for movies, but I haven't been able to get either of them to work very well w/ Wine.

quick note to using xmms, if you need the presets I'd suggest you save the winamp ones and load them. Also for xmms skins you can use winamps version 2.xx series skins. all you need to if it's a folder is copy to ~/.xmms/skins

Also if there the wgz rename them to .zip and move them to the same place.

just so i dont start a new topic, is there any programs like foobar for linux or a port of foobar would be great cuz its so light weight

PS also is there any programs like amarok/wmp10 for linux that handles videos tho
